    We're available Monday - Friday during the hours listed below: 

    • United States: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern Time (ET)
    • Outside the US: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern European Time

    We are pleased to offer ticket support in six different languages in the Eastern European time zone: 

    • English
    • French/Français (+ Canada dialect)
    • Spanish/Español (+ European dialect)
    • German/Deutsch

    We will support the candidate’s chosen language and time zone, known by the completion of their background invitation in EU French, German, or EU Spanish.
