- Navigate to the Checkr login page.
- Select "Don't remember your password?"
- Enter your email address to receive a password-reset email. The link is valid for four hours after it's sent.
Note
After ten failed password entries, Checkr locks your account. To unlock your account, ask an admin on your team to help you reset your password.
If your organization has multiple Checkr accounts, contact Checkr to close the additional accounts.
Yes, your account admin can contact Checkr to request account deauthorization, which is similar to deactivating an account. Due to FCRA compliance, we cannot delete accounts that have run reports, but we can deauthorize them.
Deauthorizing your account will cancel any pending reports. Once your account is deauthorized, you cannot order new reports; however, you will retain access to log into your account and review historical data.
