Enhancements
- Checkr Dashboard:
- When a customer creates their Checkr account, they can add the motor vehicle record (MVR) search as an add-on.
- After 30 days of an unresolved motor vehicle record (MVR) exception, the MVR search cancels.
- Candidate Experience:
- Candidates can now review and edit the information they entered in their background check application to check for accuracy before submitting.
- Checkr can now verify candidates’ education history in Canada within minutes, when they opt to log in with their school credentials in the background check application.

Bug fix
- Checkr Dashboard:
- To avoid partner customers seeing duplicate packages through multiple partner integrations, new partner customers can access only the packages below:
- Packages from the associated partner
- Packages created by the customer
- Packages created by Checkr
Enhancements
- Checkr Dashboard:
- Assess offers custom categories for motor vehicle record (MVR) rules.
- Customers can pause the adverse action process to have more time to review candidate-provided information. The pause can last up to 30 days.
- Candidate Experience:
- The Candidate Portal more clearly indicates which reports need the candidate's attention. Candidates also receive more information about providing documents to resolve exceptions.
- When candidates enter address information, a Google service automatically completes their entries.
New product
- Checkr Dashboard:
- Assess Standard is a new, fully self-service Assess product. Assess Standard clears records according to customer guidelines and assesses records as Clear or Review.

Enhancements
- Checkr Dashboard:
- The Ineligible persons tab on the Continuous checks page lists near-real-time errors preventing enrollment in Continuous MVR (motor vehicle record).
- Candidate Experience:
- Candidates can access all of their reports from the past year in the Candidate Portal.
- Candidates who live or work in England or Wales can use live, online identity verification when they submit their identity digitally.
- Partner Dashboard:
- A screen-size-optimization change makes the Submit Account button more apparent.
New features
- Checkr Dashboard:
- Customers can customize packages based on their location and save packages for later use.
- Customers can order international motor vehicle record (MVR) reports with history for candidates who have a Canadian work location and Canadian driver's license. The international MVR report provides information about the driver's history of incidents.
- Candidate Experience:
- Candidates can now receive SMS notifications about the events below:
- Application receipt
- Background check completion
- Driver license exceptions
- ID verification exceptions
- Social Security number (SSN) exceptions

- Reports for deauthorized accounts show the Canceled status instead of Suspended.

- Redesigned SMS messages to candidates clarify what candidates need to do next and are more readable than the previous versions.
- The redesigned Reports page shows candidate reports for the last year and which reports require candidate action.

- International motor vehicle record (MVR) checks provide information about whether candidates with Canadian work locations and driver licenses are legally eligible to drive.
