How do we set up payment during the migration process?
Read MoreDuring your Checkr account creation process, Account Admins will encounter a Setup Payment screen where they can submit payment details. Standard users will not have the ability to enter payment details and will be able to bypass the Setup Payment screen; however, users will be unable to order reports until the payment details have been submitted.

Read MoreCheckr requires all users to enter payment information when creating an account. The payment information provided will be used to pay your account's invoices each month. This information can be updated at any time by an admin on your Checkr account.

In the vast majority of cases, Checkr will honor base prices for packages received at GoodHire. If you notice any discrepancies in your pricing and you are a managed account, reach out to your CSM. Otherwise, reach out to Customer Support.
Please note that there might be differences in taxes and pass-through fees applied.

At this time, Checkr does not offer manual approval of pass-through fees. Rest assured that Checkr does not mark up any fees; instead, we send them in your invoice at cost.

To comply with sales tax regulations, please email tax@checkr.com with your W-9 and Certificate of Tax Exemption. From there, we will review the documents provided and update your account accordingly.
Remember to include the name of your organization and the contact information for your account admin with this request.

No, Checkr does not issue refunds for sales tax that was charged before submitting your tax-exempt certification. You will not be charged sales tax moving forward once Checkr receives and processes your exemption certificate. To do so, please follow the steps outlined in this Tax Exemption process.
