    Checkr requires customers to manually initiate Pre-Adverse Action but automates the sending of Post-Adverse Action.

    Yes. Checkr offers the Positive Adjudication Matrix (PAM), which allows you to define which types of charges you want to display on your background checks. Charges can be filtered by charge severity (misdemeanor vs. felony), dismissal status, and time elapsed since the disposition date. Filtered records will be moved to a separate section in the report, or can be hidden entirely. Please note that PAM only applies to National, State, and County Criminal screenings. 

    If you already had charge filtering settings on your GoodHire account, this will be turned on at account creation. If you don’t and would like to enable PAM, and you are a managed account, reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM). Otherwise, reach out to Customer Support.
