The Checkr Help Center Chatbot, located in the bottom right corner of the Help Center, is able to answer our most frequently asked questions and run searches throughout our Help Center content to provide you with relevant information and support International customers, too.
Customers may also use the chatbot to chat directly with a live agent! Before connecting to live chat you’ll be prompted to sign in using your Checkr Dashboard credentials. Live chat is available to Checkr customers during business hours.

Submit a request
We've put together a form that allows you to securely submit your questions and attach any relevant documents. Click submit a request to contact us.
Review existing requests
To view support tickets/requests you’ve submitted,
- Open the Checkr Help Center
- In the upper right corner of the window, click Sign in
- Log in using your Checkr Dashboard credentials
- In the upper right corner, click the dropdown menu next to your name and account photo
- Click Requests from the dropdown menu
You will see any requests you’ve submitted to the Checkr Customer Support Team and any tickets you’ve been CC’d on. You also may add additional comments to existing support tickets.
Please note if your comment is accepted it will appear publicly with your full name. Please do not submit your comment if you decline these terms.
