How does Checkr handle Aliases?

Checkr offers alias name searches at the account and package levels. Checkr will not be enabling alias searches on accounts migrated from GoodHire to Checkr by default. If you would like to enable alias searches and you are a managed account, reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM). Otherwise, reach out to Customer Support.
