I paid my tickets and my violations are resolved. Why are you still reporting violations on my motor vehicle record?
Paying a fine or ticket does not always remove the associated violation from your motor vehicle record (MVR). In some cases, you may be able to have a record or restriction amended or removed from your MVR by contacting your state’s department of motor vehicles (DMV) or its equivalent. If you contact the DMV and there are changes made to your record, you can let us know by logging into the Candidate Portal and clicking on the “Report an Error” button on the page.
