Can Checkr upload drug or health test results shared by the candidate?

Answer

Checkr cannot directly upload drug test or occupational health test documentation nor manually update a candidate’s test. However, if your candidate received paperwork after completing their test, and provided it to you, Checkr can send that paperwork to eScreen. eScreen will then determine if the paperwork can be used to update a candidate’s test. 

Updates may happen at any point during the test process, including after the test is “complete.”
