My candidate mistyped some of their personally identifiable information (PII). Is there a way to update their:
- Social security number
- Phone number
- Zip code
- Date of birth
Our support team cannot update a candidate’s social security number, phone number, or zip code.
To update a candidate’s name or date of birth, please submit a request to our support team. Please be sure to attach documentation (a driver’s license or other form of official ID) that reflects the change you’re requesting.
