How do I request a Candidate Story?
Answer
Please contact Checkr Customer Support to enable Candidate Stories on your account. Once enabled, adjudicators can follow these steps to request candidate stories:
- From within the Actions section of the Report, select the Request Candidate Story button
- Candidates will then receive an email requesting they log into the Candidate Portal, and share any additional context or supporting documentation they wish to provide
- Any information shared by the Candidate will then be added to their report and displayed in the Dashboard
- A notification will be sent to customers who have chosen to receive these notifications
