A Positive drug test was changed to a Negative drug test after the result was already posted in the Checkr Dashboard. Why would this happen?
Checkr is required by law to accept supporting documentation from the Candidate which provides a medical explanation of a Positive result. There are no time constraints on when documentation will be accepted. When supporting documentation is received, results will be updated accordingly and Checkr will contact the Customer to inform them of the change. Please consult your legal counsel regarding your compliance obligations and best practices.
