Checkr provides a "Pay Now" link on customer invoices in the Checkr Dashboard, downloaded PDFs, and invoice emails. You may choose to use this option when you have an outstanding balance that you would like to pay outside the Checkr billing cycle.
Customers with Auto-Pay enabled should not see the “Pay Now” option on their invoices. If your account was initially set up with Auto-Pay, but you see the “Pay Now” option, it’s possible that there is an issue with your payment method. Common issues include unverified payment methods and declined credit card payments.
The "Pay Now" option will not be available to customers with Auto-Pay enabled.
