Under API keys, you'll see a list of active keys. Keys are not displayed by default on this menu, so click Show key to see a given key. To regenerate one of your keys, click Create new key and then select the key that you'd like to create.
Note: With the release of this change (February 2018), Checkr will not create Live and Test API keys automatically for new accounts.
Under Account Webhooks, you can create a webhook by entering a webhook URL, instance, and region. Then select the subscriptions you'd like to receive.
To acknowledge receipt of a webhook, your endpoint should return a 2xx HTTP status code. Any other information returned in the response headers or response body is ignored.
If a webhook is not successfully received for any reason, Checkr will continue trying to send it every minute for 10 minutes, then every hour for 24 hours.
Note: These are account-level webhooks and are not meant to be used for partner integrations. Partners looking to update webhook URLs should contact your Business Development Manager.
API or Webhook logs can be found in the dashboard under the Logs section.
