Here, they can check on the status of their background check report, upload outstanding documents, download a copy of their background check report, access the FAQ, and submit questions and disputes to our Applicant Support team.
Applicants should contact your company to provide circumstantial evidence surrounding adverse information or to appeal a hiring decision. Checkr cannot explain why their report did not meet the criteria set forth by your company.
