In our Applicant Portal, you can check on the status of your background check report, upload outstanding documents, download a copy of your background check report, access the FAQ, and submit questions and disputes to our Applicant Support team.
If you want to provide circumstantial evidence surrounding adverse information or to appeal a hiring decision, you should reach out to the company to which you're applying. Checkr cannot explain why a report did not meet the criteria set forth by a specific company.
