In the Checkr Dashboard, you can update a candidate's screening pass for a drug test or occupational health screening.
Select the candidate's situation.
- In the Checkr Dashboard, open the candidate's report.
- In the "Health appointment" section, select "Add more time."
You can add unlimited time to an active pass and update passes as often as you need to.
- In the Checkr Dashboard, open the candidate's report.
- In the "Health appointment" section, select Email Candidate > Re-send invitation.
- In the Checkr Dashboard, open the candidate's report.
- In the "Health appoinment" section, select Email Candidate > Send updated pass.
The updated pass keeps the original clinic location, and its expiration changes based on your account or package setting. Updating the pass changes the report status from Suspended to Pending.
