If you’ve received a new driver's license number or moved to a new state, any recently completed reports may still list your previous license information. Use the Checkr Candidate Portal to update your info, and Checkr will rerun your report.
To update your driver's license state or number, log into the Candidate Portal and access your report. At the bottom of your report (as long as it is within 30 days of your report completing) click Update license, then use the window that opens to provide your new license information.
Checkr will rerun the report, display it to you, and inform the party you applied with so they can determine next steps.
If the Update license button does not appear for you, you must contact the company you applied with to update this information.
For any changes to your license or driving history, other than your license state or number, click Report error, and Checkr will look into it.
